It's tropical, creamy and delicious! Perfect for your stay at Coconut Castaway! Make sure to grab some Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum, made locally in Cape Coral, and available at any local liquor store. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • ½ oz lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • ½ oz cream of coconut (like Coco López)
  • Splash of club soda (optional, for a little fizz)

Garnish:

  • Pineapple wedge, lime wheel, or toasted coconut rim

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and cream of coconut.
  3. Shake well until chilled and creamy.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda if you like it lighter.
  6. Garnish with pineapple or lime—and a sprinkle of toasted coconut if you want extra flair.
